Usage:
The device is used to establish a working channel into the centrum for the injection of bone cement.
The product is used to build channels, fill bone cement, and restore vertebral anatomy in percutaneous vertebroplasty or percutaneous kyphoplasty.
• Indications
1. Vertebral compression fractures due to osteoporosis.
2. Vertebral tumors: osteolytic metastatic cancer, myeloma and hemangioma of the spine.
• Contraindications
1. Vertebral height compression is over 75%.
2. The vertebral posterior wall is involved in the fracture, while fracture fragments compressing the spinal canal.
3. Patient with dysfunction of blood coagulation.
4. Patient with severe heart and lung disease.
Features:
• Minimally invasive surgery with little damage to human tissue a nd less bleeding
• Simple and convenient surgical operation with short operation time (about 40 minutes)
